FRIDAY, SEPT. 30 at 8 p.m.: THE MSU PROFESSORS OF JAZZ - CARIBBEAN NIGHT!
It's trumpeter Etienne Charles' chance to shine as he unveils compositions that harken back to his Caribbean roots. The native of Trinidad will be backed by his fellow professors in this final concert in a series based on the cultural influences that inspire their music. The concert is funded in part by the Arts Council of Greater Lansing.
